1. Information we collect

Information you give us: name, work email, phone / WhatsApp, company, country, your requirements and the model or serial number you enter in inquiry, download, partner or selection-report forms.

Collected automatically: time of visit, page, referring page, browser type and IP address, used for security (preventing abusive submissions) and statistics. Analytics only run after you accept analytics cookies.

2. How we use it

To answer inquiries and prepare quotations and selection proposals; send the documents you request; arrange service, repairs and parts; assess partner applications; and improve the website. We never sell your personal data or use it for unrelated purposes.

3. Storage and security

Form data is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored on servers in mainland China, accessible only to KayDrill sales and service staff. Inquiry records are kept for 3 years after our last contact, then deleted or anonymised.

4. Sharing

To serve you locally we may pass your contact details and request to an authorised KayDrill dealer or service centre in your region, who must protect them under this policy. The site uses Cloudflare for bot protection and content delivery; these providers process only the data needed for their service. We do not otherwise disclose personal data unless required by law.

5. International transfers

If you are outside China, the information you submit is transferred to and processed in China. We take reasonable steps to keep it protected as described here.

6. Your rights

You may access, copy, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or ask us to stop sending you information at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

7. Children

This site is intended for business customers and not for children; we do not knowingly collect their data.
