From quarries to underground mines reliable power for heavy duty
Quarrying plus underground and open-pit mining — complete air solutions built for cold, dusty mine sites.

Cold-weather bench drilling at a large open-pit iron mine in northeast China
Winter lows approach -30 °C. The old units started poorly in the cold and needed long warm-ups, delaying the morning shift. Iron ore is dense and its cuttings heavy, needing more up-hole velocity than ordinary rock.
Warm-up waits on winter mornings were shortened so drilling starts on time, large holes flush cleanly, and jamming and re-crushing are reduced.

Cold-weather bench drilling at a large open-pit iron mine in northeast China
Two diesel units were matched to rigs of different hole sizes — the 400 HP unit for large bench holes and the 260 HP unit for small and medium holes. Both have the cold-start system and pre-heater, coolant rated for the local minimum, and flushing air sized up for dense cuttings.

Granite bench drilling at a stone quarry in east China
Air demand was recalculated from hole and hammer size and up-hole velocity checked, revealing that oversized rods left a small annulus and excessive velocity. The rods were changed and matched with an LG Series two-stage value unit.

Air for underground stope drilling at a non-ferrous mine in southwest China
With grid power underground, the mine switched to large-capacity DMT variable-speed electric units; a dedicated controller reads pressure and humidity and protects against over-pressure, over-temperature and phase faults.
